Welcome to St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy
 
The Academy is in the Archdiocese of Birmingham, serves the Catholic community of northern Stoke-on-Trent and offers a holistic education in a Christian setting.

Last night is was the Performing Arts End Of Year Showcase - here are some images from Miss O'Neill

As part of their BTEC, Ethan Duncalf, Kyle Worthington and Travis Taylor organised and hosted a BBQ on Friday 6th July.
Currently featured in the reception area are these beautiful family portraits by Harpriya Kaur, which she produced for her art A level exam.
 
Last week the Academy welcomed Gurnam Singh, a member of the Sikh religion. He spent the day talking to our students about his faith and culture. Gurnam has visited the Academy before, and he and his talks always been warmly welcomed by students and staff alike.
As part of our yearly review of systems and processes the school has decided to discontinue the use of our current information management system, Go4Schools. This means that from September 2018, you will no longer be able to access Go4Schools in order to review and monitor information held for your child.
 
 
At a very large event, hosted and supported by the the local engineering company KMF, at the Kings Hall in Stoke last night, the Academy came away with one of the top awards.
 
Year seven and eight are asked to try and visit this art event in the summer holidays. It is free, but booking is essential. Booking details in the document.
